Return Policy

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the original purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations. Please note that all gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.

To return an item please follow the directions below:

1. Please email your order number and reason for returning or exchanging to 

2. Once we have verified your return, we will send you a shipping label. All return orders will be shipped through USPS. Before packing up your return, please ensure all in unworn, unwashed condition. Please print your return label and affix to your parcel to be dropped off at your nearest USPS location. Please note we do charge a $6 flat rate fee for all returns.

3. A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into our inventory. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

Please follow the above guidelines from our return policy for an exchange.

Once your exchange order is received at our offices we will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.

If there is a price difference in the item(s) for exchange a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer.

When your exchange order is ready to ship we will e-mail the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested on the customer's behalf. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.


Damaged/Defective Orders

If you have received a damaged or defective item in your order, please follow the prompts in the return center to complete your return.


Please note that all return and exchanges using the Return Center only applies to US orders. For any international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to receive more information.
